WHAT YOU'LL DO DURING THE EXPERIENCE?
You will meet your group and us at the Frascati Railway Station at 10:20 AM (please keep in mind that the Saturday experience starts an hour earlier - at 9:30 AM). It's very easy to reach us from Rome, taking the train from Roma Termini. From there your we will lead the way on a relaxing walk through historic Frascati, the very heart of the Roman countryside. You'll get a glimpse of this characteristic town and it's rich history which dates back to Roman times.
We will taste some fresh local foods such the Frascati wine-dough biscuit pairing them with our wine at our old wine cellar in the centre of the town.
Then we’ll reach our vineyard where we started the wine production since the 15th-century. There you’ll taste our Frascati Superiore D.O.C.G. white wine into the cave!
Finally it will be time to have lunch - you’ll return back to our restaurant in Frascati where you’ll make your own fresh pasta from scratch, choosing the sauce that you want and you'll cook it with our chef! That’s time to relax yourself with your new friends from all over the world, tasting our family’s wines and the best fresh pasta ever made by you! Your experience will finish at 3:00 PM, you'll have all the afternoon time to enjoy Rome or maybe to stay in Frascati!
